Investment Criteria

When assessing potential property investments, Marshall Investments look principally for property assets with unlocked development or leasing upside that can be released through a strong internal management focus.

We seek to source opportunities to own either directly or in conjunction with co investors. Our aim is to continue to develop, expand and manage a well diversified portfolio, predominantly throughout NSW.

Marshall Investments has an interest across the commercial, retail and residential sectors, we seek to achieve capital value uplift either through improvement of the tenancy mix in order to maximise the asset value, improvement of revenues by rental growth, redevelopment or asset repositioning, focused cost management or other mid to long term strategies to maximise exit strategies.

Through these strategies, our objective is to deliver uplift in our property values not only for ourselves but also our co-investors.
