50 Mary Street, Sydney

50 Mary Street, completed in early 1998, introduced a brand new architectural concept in inner-city living. Imposing and unique, the impressive facade features extensive use of glass with light flooding open plan interiors.

Featuring a multi curve rooftop which picks up the North-eastern sun, architectural creativity abounds with internal feature voids, internal atriums and huge alfresco roof terraces adorning many of the apartments.

Internal finishes include polished concrete floors and extensive use of timber and steel. Additional features include audio/video intercom, built in wardrobes, designer bathrooms and kitchens and underground car parking.
The units range from 56 to 136 square metres. This project was sold out off the plan and resale values have been excellent.
